My wife and I run a small scale design/build business. We are also starting up a real estate development business in the rural area that we live in to directly tie in with the design/build business. We are essentially focused on rural land development and also on a build/hold rental portfolio.
Experience
Developed 82 acre rural land into organic farm and retreat center.
Subdivided 25 acre piece into three tracts, one for my own home,which we built in 2007.
