Currently a private money lender but want to transition into flipping mobile homes and creating a note/financing the buyers. (Lonnie Deals)

I'm interested in the Lonnie Scruggs method because I'm looking for good monthly cash flow and my principal back within the first few months of a deal. Eventually I'd like to get into purchasing whole mobile home / trailer parks and collect the lot fees.
