I am the HomeVestors franchisee in Mobile, Al. I have been buying and selling houses for almost 10 years. I buy over 80 houses every year, and add about 12-15 to my rental portfolio every year.

I have been investing in real estate for almost 10 years. I buy about 80 or so houses a year and sell 60 percent of them via wholesale and about 15-20 retail. I also add about 12-15 to my rental portfolio. I teach a mentor class here in Mobile as well as via a webinar on flipitbig.com. I also one of the owners of flipitbig.com.
