Steve Martel is Canada's only expert on the acquisition of US real estate by Canadians.

At the age of 18, Steve sold 78 homes in the tough Ottawa market in his first year as a real estate agent.

When, at the age of 22, he was sidelined by a heart attack, he knew he had to change his focus and his lifestyle to provide for his family.

Now, at the age of 26, Steve owns over 2,000 doors in prime locations throughout the U.S.

Steve now dedicates his time teaching other Canadians how to purchase U.S. real estate, debunking the myths, explaining the correct process and providing a complete support system with his staff of 18 experts.

Steve and his wife Stephanie have two beautiful children and are expecting their third later this year.
