Experience

In 2008 capitalizing on declining housing prices, I acquired, renovated and sold a single family house in southern NJ before deciding to shift focus to multifamily properties in urban areas in Northern NJ. To date, I have bought and renovated two multifamily properties one of which is being held for cash flow and the other resold.
