My paasion is to help people realize their dream of homeownership. We no that the times were living in many people are faced with job loss or some type of hardship that will cause many homeowners to face foreclosure. So to better assist this group of people I've obtain CDRS and SFR certifications which will enable me to assist homeowners who are in default on their mortgages negotiate with lender a payoff that's less than what is currently owed. In addition I can negotiate a paid in full agreement with the lender so that the homeowners credit would'nt be affected. Keep in mind that there must be a true hardship before the lender will start the negotiation process.

Experience

Although I'm new to real estate I've equiped my self with the skill set to be successful in the business. On both sides of real estate worlds as a agent and as a investor I've obtain advance training that will insure my success.
