I am the VP of Acquisitions and Marketing for Sustainable 9 LLC. We are a property restoration and development firm, buying REO (real estate owned by banks) homes, multi-family properties, and small office/retail spaces with the intent to renovate them and put them back on the market for sale or rent. We use green building and sustainable design techniques when renovating our properties. Our properties offer state-of-the-art living conditions reflective of the rapid advancements in green building technology. The properties also serve the growing need for quality housing and office/retail space that is environmentally friendly with a lower total cost of ownership that is achievable through lower utility bills and the use of high-quality durable materials that have longer life spans than traditional building products. Experience

I own a full service real estate brokerage and property management firm (eGreen Realty and Management) as well as a property restoration and development company (Sustainable 9). I have been involved in these areas of real estate for the past 8+ years. In the real estate sales side of our business, I have represented buyers and sellers of residential, investment, and commercial real estate with personal average annual gross sales of $8.7 million. I have consistently been one of the top producers within the Twin Cities real estate market for the past 7 years. Our property management business has flourished over the past few years and we now are managing multiple condo and townhome associations as well as several small commercial buildings. Finally, for seven years my business partners and I have been actively acquiring, remodeling, and reselling properties through our property restoration and development firm Sustainable 9 LLC. I live and breathe real estate each and every day and I love it!


Real Estate Goals

My goal is to expand our property restoration and development firm Sustainable 9 LLC to the point where we are acquiring between 5 to 8 properties a month over the next year and between 8 to 12 properties a month by the end of 2011. We purchase distressed properties and remodel them green with a sustainable design approach. We then resell them for a profit.


Currently Seeking

We are currently seeking Private Lenders interested in Joint Ventures to purchase properties in the greater Twin Cities marketplace. Here is a breakdown of what we are looking for:
* Typical investment for a Private Lender would be $80,000 to $140,000.
* You provide the cash for the purchase and the rehab costs.
* We do all the work: finding and securing the property; gathering estimates from our preferred contractors; managing the closing; overseeing the day-to-day project management duties; tracking the financials; marketing/staging/selling the property.
* You can be an active participant or simply just sit back and collect a check!
* Time of each project ranges from 2 to 5 months.
