I am a realtor and an aspiring real estate investor. I received my real estate license about four years ago, however I came to real estate due to my desire to invest. I was a paralegal for many years and subsequently spent several years in pharmaceutical sales and marketing. All that experience and skill serves me well in my new career as a realtor and real estate investor. I am currently concentrating on Short Sales. I am interested in purchasing Multi Family Short Sale properties for my own portfolio to build a rental income as well as brokering short sale deals on single family homes. I also plan on jumping into the REO market as I feel that time has come as well.
