I have experience outside of realestate which I believe to be relevant to it. I attended "finest of it's kind" military college where I did admin work, unfortunately it was not a female friendly environment so I did not pursue the butter bar. I realized I have a lot of well financed friends and I might do better in the private sector or so I've been told. Essentially my background lends itself to doing exactly what Ernest Hemingway suggests every writer must do : “Develop a built-in bullshit detector.” I have lived through a real life lord of the flies, brought the light of innovation to a world stuck 200 years in the past and discovered an abhorrence for human ignorance. As such I will develop a school built to offer an antithesis to its principals. Power is not the ability to make others do what they do not want to do - Power comes from what and who you believe in.

Cashflow preferably no-money down - extremely low money down to start.

3 years mid level multifamily investments :
I will be coming into some money in the next 3-5years until then I want to get some passive income going.

5 years - develop a school for the arts and technology the likes the world has never seen
