In my own words...

Our company buys bulk REOs in CA / AZ / TX for our own portfolio. We wholesale properties that we do not want to retain.

We are always looking for new REO sources as well as ready willing and able wholesale buyers.

We run a Private Lending Program for California residents - these would be private investors looking to get a great return on their investment dollars.

We are also looking for resort properties on the west coast - Ca / OR / WA that are either distressed physically or financially. Ideally they would have vacant land included for additional development.
