I grew up in VA, graduated UVA, and moved to SoCal in 1996, where I have been living / working for 12 years now. Most of my full time career has been spent with Vans where I direct a footwear business unit. I recently established a real estate syndication business in my part time and we have taken down 2 mid-west cash flow properties and are working on assigning similar deals to other investors. Also working on syndicating some larger real estate transactions with partners. Continuing to build out my power team and will be looking to use this forum to connect with lenders where I need some more proven resources to add to my team. Looking forward to meeting good people here.

Experience

Currently own 2 mid-west section 8 rental properties. Working on assigning mid-west section 8 rentals properties to qualified investors. Working on syndicating a package deal of builder close-outs in Southern California. Focused on continuing to grow as a syndicator of real estate transactions.

Real Estate Goals

To build a multi-million dollar business in 5 years in my part time and help people achieve their full financial potential as investors. To give back to charitable organizations once I have achieved my goals.
