been trying for 7 years to make it in real estate...35 yrs old, wife, 5 yr old boy, 3 yr old girl....just looking to secure our futures a bit.
Experience
have bought and sold small parcels of land...have built my own house and sold for profit... flipped one last year and lost $...have been in construction all my life with a nc plumbing liscense... am a project mngr for custom log home bldr for last 5 yrs...currently living in my latest rehab...i dont just do paint and carpet, i make 40 yr old homes brand new...its more fun
Real Estate Goals
to be debt free in the house we build to stay in on 50+ acres to hunt and fish and whatever... and to possibly own a vacation home also
