I started researching real estate investing in 2004 and bought my current properties in 2007. I own 2 duplexes and a 7 unit building in central Ohio. I'm looking to push things to the next level and plan on investing primarily in small (4-10 unit) apartment buildings for my next step. I'd love to get some advice from other investors, particularly investors in the Cleveland, Pittsburgh, and Columbus areas.

To achieve greater cashflow and snowball earnings into larger properties. I eventually plan on investing in larger apartment buildings throughout the US. I would like to become a full time investor within 5 years.

Mentorship! I need advice from the pros... I have made a number of rookie mistakes and am still licking my wounds, to the point where I'm in a holding pattern for now... the experience of actually investing has made me much wiser but I still would benefit a lot from learning from a seasoned investor.
