I am an Account Executive for Check-Point - a Residential and Commercial Tenant Screening Agency. We also specialize in Pre-Employment Screening and Debt Recovery. Check-Point provides full service background screening, with customizable packages based on our Client's needs. Products include Credit Reports, Bankruptcy & Judgment Searches, Nationwide Eviction and Criminal Background Checks, DMV Records and much more. Results available online (instant), or by fax, phone or email (20 minutes). Our goal is to provide timely, efficient and affordable reports with excellent customer service. My role at Check-Point is managing the accounts of new and current Clients and keeping them updated on rental industry changes that affect the screening process.

My experience in Real Estate has been helping many property managers, management companies, and private investors screen their potential tenants prior to renting. I also assist my Clients with debt recovery when tenant debt unfortunately occurs.

Real Estate Goals

My goal when assisting my Clients is always to avoid potential tenant debt. We do this by checking into the background of the applicant and looking for common red flags that could inevitably lead to eviction / skip-moveouts. It is important, especially in today's economy, to determine the difference between an applicant who has hit a temporary rough spot and will bounce back and the alternative applicant who may have always had trouble fulfilling their financial obligations. We help our Clients make the best decision based on the facts and their personal preferences.

I am currently seeking to help others in the industry in any way that I can; mostly by keeping them up to date on industry changes that affect the screening process and assisting in providing excellent screening services.
