I have rehabbed my personnel residence do working my self as well as using contracted labor. Have experience using hard money lending as well as private funding. Currently own some rent houses and looking for 1,000 more ;)

I would currently love to do real estate full time but want enough passive income before I quit my constant corporate job. Want to eventually get into apartment complexes and commercial real estate.
