Over the last year I have begun investing in Real Estate the way that most may have found themselves starting out in this business and that is through a lot of Real Estate Courses/Training. My experience is mostly been learning and mastering the many strategies such as wholesaling, lease options, discount notes, multi-family/commercial, and rehabbing, and tax liens. I am gourged with information and have found it useful in consultant others just starting out.

To do a deal utilizing all of the major real estate exit strategies at least once for the experience then narrow in and streamline my niche into which one I find the most fun and profitable. First, that is to build my financial muscle and of course branch out to assist others that are trying to find their way. I vision several large multi-family units that net me enough cash flow to live a decent live that will allow me the free time to do more important things in life.
