Tony Nguyen, born and raised in Tampa Florida, is a commercial investment sales and leasing specialist at KW Commercial’s Orlando Florida office. As an associate currently on track to earn the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, often referred to as the “PhD of commercial real estate”, Tony Nguyen brings a plethora of real estate expertise in both transactions and investments.
Tony started his real estate career when he was just 19 years old and earned his Rookie Agent of the Year Award in 2004. Soon thereafter, Tony was one of the top 10 agents in his market and climbed his way to number 1. At the peak of his real estate career, Tony was in the top 1% of all real estate agents in Southern California based on units sold.
Further, while becoming an elite real estate professional, Tony also had an investment group that bought, renovated, and sold, in addition to a portfolio of holding real estate assets in Southern California. In 2009, Tony decided to take his businesses back to his home region, Orlando, FL in order to be closer to his family. To date, Tony Nguyen has personally transacted over a hundred transactions and $100 million worth of real estate.
When Tony is away from work, he enjoys spending his time with his fiancée, his family, skiing, golfing and playing tennis.
