I'm an executive for a major sports company located in Boca Raton, FL, but I've started my own real estate investing business. I worked for a very successful real estate investor many years ago and have always wanted to do it myself.

Participated in many rehab deals in Southern California back in the nineties.
Real Estate Goals
My current goal is to purchase REO properties at 40-50% off retail and then wholesale. Once I've got a few of those under my belt I will move on to serious rehabbing, buying-holding, and eventually development.
Currently Seeking
Wholesale deals in the South Florida market, particularly between Palm Beach and Ft Lauderdale.
