I have been reading, learning and absorbing real estate investment info for over 4 years, and now I am at the point where I have had enough waiting and procrastination, and its time to just jump in. I am the owner and director of the newly formed investing company Trinity Homes, LLC
I plan to accumulate at least 50 properties, each cashflowing at least $200 per month, in 5 years or less. This is an exceptional goal and I believe it is fully feasible in today's market with the current foreclosure and REO situation. I would also like to volunteer my time to teaching others how to effeciently invest out of state, and possibly write a few books on the subject.
I am looking for a mentor who has done the type of deals and investing I am focusing on. Once I have a few deals and set up my first 2-3 sources of passive real estate income, I am off and running.
