Been involved in the field of construction for over 30 years. My main focus has been in interiors and design. If it is within four walls I have done it. Flooring , tile ,cabinet and countertops, plaster and drywall, painting, interior trim and litte plumbing. Cut my teeth in the Chicago area doing apartment rehabs. Also got involved in Condo Conversations.
Like most young folks I moved on to the Aspen Co. area where my focus was on new construction. It was a 50/50 split bounce back and forth to Painting and Carpentry. Did my 1st flip there and lost my shirt and maybe a shoe or two. The learning curb was of more value than the clothes so I would say "That's alright'.
Moved to Tucson and flipped a few house there while still practicing my craft on the market. Things bottomed out there for my in 07 and now I am caretaker on a 50 acre tract in south central Kansas

Looking to get back into the game. Interested in working with people who may need some guidance on projects. Like to do project management. or help in some of the physical phase of the work.

Due to current hardships I am looking for an investor[s] to invest in the property that I am caretaker. 20 acres are well developed and is in a park-like setting. 30 acres are native grassland
