I am a real estate investor in northeast Ohio. My company name is S&P Real Estate & Development. My company will be concentrating on Short Sales for Residential and Commercial, Tax Lien Sales and Multi-Family Pre-Foreclosure. I am putting together a Team of experts in the fields listed to acquire and turn around the listed ventures above. I am looking to help those in trouble get out of trouble. Experience

My real estate experience is two fold. I am a registered architect and have worked for two commercial contractors. I have extensive experience in site analysis, programming, designing the structure, bidding, cost estimating, and construction administration.

Real Estate Goals

My goals in the real estate investing realm is to start wholesaling short sales, REO's and tax lien properties. This will be the foundation for my company for future property deals. I would like to eventually do a complete turn key land development deal where I would buy the property, design the building, estimate costs, bid it out, lease tenants and make money. I would like to hook up with real estate investors in the Ohio area that are looking to get involved on the cash investing/buying side initially. Down the road I would like to partner up on bigger deals.
