I currently am in the Loss Mitigation Business and have been so for 5 years. Our part of the industry has come under fire because of all the fly by companies thus i am looking to make a complete switch over to a new relm of the RE business. I am currently not sure what are i would like to get in to and i am looking for TIPS and ADVICE on what and how to start. This website is one of if not the most complete i have ran in to in may years in business. I am excited to be a member and hope to be upgrading to pro soon. My goals are to SET A GOAL with in the next 30 days. Please if you have any tips please help.

Experience

I have been in the REI for about 7 Years now. I started in Imperial County CA then moved to San Diego County after a few years I moved back to Los Angeles where I am originaly from. I love the San Diego Market and of all three i would love to return very soon. I have seen the boom and the bust and have studied a lot about the market cycles. Although i have not done any in the last few years i was very active in the the lending area closing closely 8 million per year. I managed a Shop of 14 LO's and assisted in managing 15 RE agents. Although i loved this I knew it was a fantisy market and had to blow. I transfered over to loss mitigation five years ago and have been know to get things done. I much prefer offering customers options that allow them to stay in thier home as long as thier financial situation allows it. I LOVE BAU Modifications and HATE MHA modifications. SInce California law has tightened up (I agree with the regulation) i have decided to make a move to a new chapter in my book i call life.

Real Estate Goals

I would like to have my RE Lic. in 6 Months. I want to be able to find and close my first deal with in 90 days. (i still have not decided what type of deal) I would also want to maintain a pipeline of active deals with a minimum of 5 deals per month with in the next 12 months. I might be shooting to short.
