I'm in the southern California inland empire area. I'm involved in flipping and wholesaling real estate. I'm currently looking to expand my buyer's list and am especially looking for rehabbers and other investors all over the country. I have contractors to provide the materials and labor on fix and flips and am always looking for cash investors to JV with. I have customers for Bulk deals with assets above $50M.
