I have been interested in wholesaling houses for years and haven't made it to full time investor as of yet. I'm hung up on sitting in front of sellers. So to get the ball rolling I have decided to find buyers for wholesalers. I realize I'm not going to make the full assignment fee but I'll learn while getting paid and will also be building my confidence. I figure with the way the market is deals are easier to find then buyers, so I'll be providing some much needed help for the wholesaler. Any wholesalers working the Central Fl. area PM me.

Experience

Have completed 1 wholesale deal. Motivated seller found me, I found a partner (with cash and experience) we found buyer and cashed fat check, leaving equity in the deal.

Real Estate Goals

To buy Cape Cod Ma. and have the positive cash flow support my islands in dubai.

Currently Seeking

Cash buyers that are currently seeking discounted investment properties in Central Fl. area.
