In my own words...

I am a metal framer sub by trade for both residential and commercial. For the past few years metal framing jobs have been getting harder to come by, along with all building. For the last 3 or4 months, I've been forced back to remodeling, which isn't bad but, I'm ready for someone else to do the physical labor. When I decided to learn metal framing I went out and found somebody to teach me while I worked for them. It worked well, I learned while they leveraged my time and energy and in return earned money off of me. Everyone was happy.
I am looking to do the same thing now with rei, find someone that will teach me while I earn. The main reason is I'm not financially capable of giving up my weeks with out compensation. What my plan is, is to learn wholesaling, to get the immediate cash, and once my bank has a cushion move on to sub2 or long term holds and then the sky is the limit. Because I'm new, I do not understand all the ways to extract money out of deals, and to the right investor/coach I'm like play doh, still green, a blank canvas, you get the idea.(ready to learn)
Besides being able to take a project from start to finish in a timely manner, and doing it right the first time (no call backs); I'm a great student, loyal, trust worthy, and have a strong pride of workmanship. Traits I think a lot of people have forgotten about in their pursuit of money.

Real Estate Experience

Have completed 1 deal that just fell in my lap. Found a partner, used some of his money, wholesaled it about 3 months later.
My partner and I both walked away with just under 11k and the new buyer had about 15k in equity. Everybody was happy, over all a great first deal.

Real Estate Goals

To buy Cape Cod Ma. and have the positive cash flow support my islands in dubai.

Currently Seeking

A personal assistant position with a successful r.e. investor who is capable of training me to be successful in all aspects of rei while I earn.
A true earn while you learn rei experience.
