I have been a full-time investor since the end of 2008 who specializes in short sale negotiations. My background dealt in the telecom and DOD fields. I decided that I was worth more than they were willing to pay me, so I made the switch to RE investing.
I have been performing short sales since the end of 2008. Currently, my partner and I are involved in pre-foreclosure and short sales as a wholesalers, as well as landlords.
Short-Term Goal
To average 5-10 wholesale deals a month personally.
Take over negotiations for other investors and close 20 or more deals for them a month.
Purchase 50 rental units that exceed the 2% rule.
Long-term Goal
Own multiple 100+ unit apartment complexes and mentor new investors
Investors who want to outsource their negotiations and private money lenders.
