Real Estate Experience

I started out in the Mortgage business working with Wells Fargo Financial, then moved over into Wells Fargo Home Mortgage where I remained until March of 2007. I started investing in 2004 and was just flipping then. I came to Memphis, Tn in 2006 and started buying properties to hold for rental income.

Real Estate Goals

I plan to create my financial freedom thru real estate ownership by holding and renting, also buy wholesaling properties. I have been investing in real estate for 4 years now and I have learned alot, but still have more to learn. I am eager to learn all aspects of this business and also willing to share it with others. I am currently working with friends and family to teach them the way I know how to invest in discounted properties such as foreclosures and short sells.
