I've been selling real estate for the past 25 years and have invested in real estate myself.
Recently, I was asked by the staff at Rich Dad Poor Dad to participate in their investment classes held here in the Chicago area.
I spoke to the group about the opportunities that are avaliable to them right here in our own Multiple Listing Services and concluded by taking between 30 to 50 investors on a bus tour of good investment grade properties right here in the Chicago Suburban areas.
Since then I've been asked back to many other workshops that they have had here in the Chicago Suburban Area.
In addition, I attended the Jeff Kaller 4 day short sales class which was right on if your looking to invest in short sales anywhere in the US.
I am now running an investor round table and workshop each month with the investors from both classes.
We discuss staying on top of the market, support for all the investors and have a guest speaker presenting on a different topic each month that encourages everyone to keep on INVESTING IN REAL ESTATE.
