I got a lot of great information, met many other great beginning investors, and bought the books and tapes brought them home and never did anything with the information. I realized that for people like myself to get moving on a Real Estate Investment career there had to be a place where like minded people could get together weekly and or monthly to share ideas, and get educated on the process, to help each other move forward in their investment future.
