Dmitry Mikhaylov was born in Russia. His mother was a successful Real Estate Investor and Real Estate Broker that helped to form the young Dmitri's business sense. Dmitry acknowledged his mother's influence by stating that “My mother was my mentor, and I learned a tremendous amount about every aspect of the industry from her.”.

Dmitry began his career in his family's real estate business during studying at the Technical School. He worked with his mother for three years as a successful Real Estate agent.
After gaining the necessary business skills in real estate and finishing Technical School , Dmitry Mikhaylov decided to move into the USA, and started new page in his career.

Dmitry started working in a construction company as a general worker .
After work he studied English in a local Business School.
During his first 6 month of extensive studying, he found another job at a manufacturing plant of construction materials. He started there as an operator of CNC Machine. During next three years he was able to move to Design Department, then to the Office managing position and then to the Region Sales position. During all this time he was reading business books written by business professionals as Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki, Peter Conti, David Finkel, Wendy Patton and many others.

In 2007, still being a Regional Sales Professional, Dmitry Mikhaylov established Komelot, Inc. - Real Estate oriented company. Towards the end of 2008 year, Dmitry was visiting live 3 - 5 day events focused on real estate investing, being a successful entrepreneur, business management, and career success.

During 2009 Dmitry started actively building his Real Estate Portfolio by buying distressed properties as Foreclosed houses / REO's and Short Sales.

In 2009 Dmitry Mikhaylov focused on building and managing a real estate investing team called “Real Estate Solutions Group” which was recognized and gained strong positions on a local real estate market.

Personal Hobbies and Interests

Dmitry Mikhaylov personal hobbies are:
Reading. Dmitry loves to read starting from Holy Bible and continuing with Business books and Business Magazines.
Dmitry have always enjoyed outdoor activities. Exploring and roughing it. He loves to hike, backpack, trail riding and "Four-wheeling".
Soccer Playing.
Snow Skiing one of the Dmitry's Passions. What Dmitry Mikhaylov like best about it is the spectacular views!
