I'm a brand new investor. My life was forever changed when I attended a free Rich Dad seminar in NYC, ever since December 15th I have been hard at work studying everything related to real estate! My first course of action is to do a wholesale deal or two so I can leave my current job and dive in full-time into real estate.

As a starter goal, I want to create a COMPLETELY PASSIVE income stream of $2000/month by July 1st of 2012. I will be managing the properties myself when i first acquire them, but i will eventually turn them over to property managers.

To learn as much as I can about real estate investing, and to make some friends in the field.
