Bought 1 SFH, rented it for 6 years, sold it. Using that cash to start RE portfolio. Have a full time career in Aerospace Quality Mgmt - so have limited time.
A portfolio of buy and hold, cash-flowing properties. Short term goal is some cash flow, long term goal (retirement) is equity and more cash flow. I live in NJ but my partner/brother is my property manager in PA.
