Semi-retired Doctor of Chiropractic, who wants to build a nest egg, as well as leave something to my family. Maybe do some PT mission work, as time and money permit.
First, get out of ALL debt, own a nice home, and the rest will follow as I work towards the goals.
I know enough about real estate to either be effective or dangerous, I'm not sure which :).
Trying to gain knowledge with the MAPS system, but it is hard and slow(haven't done the first deal yet!
