In my own words...
I have been in the mortgage business for almost 15 years. I have been doing all types of loans, but most recently focusing on commercial real estate. We typically deal with private (hard money investors) to place our residential and commercial loans at this time.

I have been in the Real Estate Lending Industry for about 15 years working in investor relations as well as borrower relations. Our team of Lending specialist has a combined 60 + years of expierence. We pride ourselves on our integrity and friendly customer service.

Our goals are to see this crazy market through! We are expanding into the commercial market niche area. Although the market has changed, our team is commited to diversifying our lending plat form.

We are currently looking for Loans to place with our private/hard money lenders for the Las Vegas /Nevada Market. We handle commerical and residential loans. Easy terms,and usually can be done very quickly depending on the the request. We have many private investor relationships to help place your "can't get them done" loans. Christine, I have a friend in Las Vegas who is trying to open up a restaurant, is this type of business something you can help her with?
