BiggerPockets

I have a lot of family members who did not plan for their future and I don't want to make the same mistake. I made the mistake in my early 20's of making good amount of money & spending all of it and more. I decided there has to be a better way. I started reading books like the Millionaire Next Door & also several Dave Ramsey's books. I realize how many mistakes I've made and now have a new outlook/mind set about money & finances. My goal currently is to obtain some run down houses, fix them up and rent them long term. I'm excited to have found this board and have learned a lot already. But I know I have miles & miles to go!
