Real Estate Experience

I got started in real estate investing in college when I purchased a condo and lived in it while renting to some school mates to help cover the mortgage. I then sold after graduating for a 30k profit and just purchased a short sale with around 30k in equity.

Real Estate Goals

I hope to venture into many kinds of investing. I would like to create an unearned monthly income of around $3000 in the next 5 years buying and holding single family rentals and also using lease options to create more capital.

Currently Seeking

Single family homes that meet the 50% rule and produce $100 cash flow.
