Former American living in Canada as a "Canadian Permanent Resident". In the future, would like to travel more and be an International Realtor for serious buyers and sellers....

Working with buyers & sellers in the Saint John and surrounding areas. Have the formal International Institute of Luxury Homes Marketing training to help afluent buyers & sellers. Have additional training in helping homeowners & investors upgrade their older homes or other properties for Energy Efficiency. GREEN REALTOR status!
