I am a USC graduate with Engineering background who is also a mother of 3 young children ages 4-11 yrs old. I've had my California Real Estate license, but am currently placing my focus on investing in commercial real estate, tax liens, and wholesaling.
The most important thing about me is that I absolutely LOVE the Lord Jesus Christ and fully intend to utilize the gifts, talents and abilities given me to me by God to be a blessing in the lives of people and honor and glorify his name!

Real Estate Goals

My goal is to wholesale residential property in the state of California to quickly jumpstart my investment experience by assigning option contracts or double closing.

I then aspire to move into the arena of working with commercial real estate deals as a bird-dog who matches the properties to the investor or investment group.

I also intend to learn and implement strategies for purchasing tax liens for investment purposes and maybe also to acquire properties to flip.
