I am a full-time employee who is looking to break into real estate on the side.

Brand new to real estate, no major experience with being an RE investor.

Primary goal is to own rental-income generating properties managed by reliable PM firms.

Short term goal is to invest in 1-3 rental properties within the next year.

Long term goal is to live on passive income generated by rental properties.

Multi-unit (2+) rental properties. Primarily focusing on North Carolina and Texas, though I am open to any good market.
