31 year old Commercial Real Estate Manager and aspiring investor. I'm originally from Buffalo, NY but moved to the DC area in 2005. I purchased my first duplex in Kenmore, NY (Buffalo suburb) when I was 23. I currently rent the duplex and I'm always looking to get into more investments whether here or in Buffalo.

Own a 2 family home in Kenmore, NY which is a suburb of Buffalo, NY. Currently rent and manage the propoerty after living in it for 4 years.
Real Estate Goals
Have a portfolio of 5 or more multi unit properties within the next 5-10 years. Not exactly looking for financial independence but would like to ease the burden of the daily grind.
Currently Seeking
Purchase 2-8 unit properties in the Buffalo, NY area and hold them. Also interested in purchasing Short Sales here in the Metro DC area.
