IM:
Profiles:

I'm a new investor. Currently, residing in Kennesaw, Georgia .I have a single family rental in Macon Georgia. With access to the Macon Investment market. ($5k & up)
I am working on returning to Southern California in 2011. Once we sell our family home here in Georgia. We are empty nesters.
I'm looking forward to starting a real estate investing career in California. Like most investors I'm interested in Little to Zero money deals.
I look forward to any and all assistance. I can extend the same in the Georgia market.

Experience

I've gone to many (Guru) seminars in the last decade. In 2008 I was finally able to close my first deal 3bd / 1ba -with Section 8 tenant in place. I use a property management firm.

Real Estate Goals

IMMEDIATE: I want to build a portfolio of properties to replace both my wife & my salaries. I want buy and hold. I want to own multii-family properties in any part of California.
FUTURE: Buying Wholesale & Flipping are not out as another method of accomplishing my goal
GOAL: To build a legacy for our kids and grand kids.
The Georgia & Alabama areas are a major part of my plan. As properties are relatively inexpensive in these markets, and I already have access to this market.

Currently Seeking

Lease with option to buy-OR-??? In or near the 91043 / 91401 zip codes in California. Possibly as a family home. In spring-summer 2011
(we are former 15 years-residence of Thousand Oaks)
