fascinating stuff

There are some fascinating phenomenon at work now in the oil fields. People, especially big oil is cashing in by drilling for oil. They call that exploration and exploration is only potentially profittable when the price per barrel is at a certain price.  Right now crude oil trades as a commodity for about $80 something per barrel. Thing is, average people can't participate unless they literally buy stocks in companys or trade in commodities. Sound risky?

But you are here to look for real estate deals, right? I am working on an idea to provide housing to the critically under-supplied markets in these oil boom areas and I want to talk to investors who want to participate. I'd like to put together at least a couple hundred grand to buy real estate and hold for maybe a year or so.
