Our Crowdfunding Network Is Growing Part 79

We're sort through the last few details with our pre-funding partners so we can start sourcing third party debt.  I hope to have the first draft of this agreement next week and finalize everything by July 3rd.

Form ADV has been filed and we're working on our internal compliance memo for securities law exemptions for deals for third parties.  The technology needs a few changes and we're working with our white label servicer for this along with a .css swap for the rebranding.  Hopefully this will all be implemented in the coming few weeks as well.

I have been invited to another guest article regular submission by Times Realty News.  We're working through the details of this right now.

Our 4th crowdfunded deal is officially done.  The money is in our new operating account save the money they held back from ACH.  Form D has been filed and the states have all been paid.

Our development business is about to sell about 14 or so units in the coming months.  After that the plan is to invest a lot of this energy on fewer projects where we own more of the equity and the delta can be devoted to crowdfunding and our new debt fund.  I will also be starting on Regulation A+ with our partner securities attorney now that the rules are official.  The 506(c) exemption will be used first and I hope to start taking money into the fund in 6-8 weeks.
