Applied for Mortgage

This morning consisted of applying for mortgage for a personal residence I am looking into. I'm currently renting so I really want to put that 950 dollars to use in a mortgage!

 I am looking at a 2bed/2bath condo with underground parking, no older then 5 years and top floor (this is what I told my realtor). So I'm hoping with any luck by the end of January I will be a first time home owner!. I also am single so I will be renting out one of the rooms to a friend..$$

 I am on holidays in Ontario Canada right now visiting my old hometown so this afternoon me and a bunch of old friends are having a snowboard/ski get togather at a local ski resort.

   Hay Guys, How do I get involved with investor in the Madison Wi area. I sale Flooring products. Carpeting, Wood Lam, Lams, and tile. I can sale this @ contractor $$ or retail Install $$. We are competive with everyone and want to help this country get back on our feet. Mike
