5 Simple Steps To Fast Cash Flipping Houses - Hire A Mentor

Step One: Get Someone To Mentor You!

Look, if you prefer the long, slow, frustrating and ultimately disappointing road to financial abundance, then by all means, do not do what I tell you in this article.  But, if you prefer to be on the fast track to financial freedom, then pay attention.

The biggest mistake I see with new real estate wholesalers is looking at hiring a coach to teach them to flip houses... as a cost.  Coaching is not a cost!  It's an investment.  Why?  Because, it provides a return.

Your phone bill is a cost.

Here is what I hear all the time with people who interview for my wholesale coaching program: "I thought that instead of "paying" a few hundred bucks a month for a coach, I could use that money to pay for bandit signs, instead."

Result?  Six months later, you've wasted all kinds of time, effort and money.

Donald Trump had his father.  Robert Kiyosaki had his rich dad.  Are you any better than those guys?

So, do yourself a huge favor and cut your learning curve monumentally by investing in a coach, who will ultimately put you on the fast track to flipping houses.  Make that your first decision.  Here are some tips on choosing one.

1. Your mentor probably won't be your city's top house flipper.  Think of this in terms of sports.  Do great players usually make great coaches?  With a lonely few exceptions, this is incredibly rare.  Same in our business.

2. Make sure you invest money into coaching.  If you are offered free coaching, turn it down.  Seriously.  Why?  Because if you have nothing invested, you have nothing to lose, making it very easy to quit.  Also, you want to be of importance to your mentor.  And if he's making nothing, you're low priority.  And the service you get will reflect that.

3. Trust your gut.  Don't over-think this process.  Your mind will play tricks on you.  Your gut won't.  Look less at how many houses he's flipping, and more at his ability to teach.  This will ultimately equal quicker progress to your goal.

Good luck!  Step Two coming this week...
