   We are looking for just silent partners for this deal here. No investor participation needed. We are looking to get 100k-150k we will pay back 10% of investment within years one and two. Then 12% on years 3 and 4. The 4 rental units will bring in between $2600-$2800 per month. Restaurant sales are predicted to come in at $600k for year one. The liquor license is going to cost $100k. The building cost has already been negotiated at $150k. We have a renovation budget of $320-$360k for the 3rd floor apartment rehab and the restaurant rehab.
