Normal 1441411664 Mint House C Rop

Another week gone by. I’ve been feeling under the weather, so wanting to sit and watch hours of TV instead of killing items on my to do list.  But I press on.

In landlording, we performed two maintenance inspections and authorized one roommate to move in to help keep a tenant affording her house. I also worked on getting our tenant deposit tracking and occupancy statsup-to-date. This year we have had one place vacant for 7 days, another for 19 days, putting our 2015 YTD occupancy rate at 98.7%.

In BiggerPockets, enjoying the podcast each Thursday morning, wishing my schedule would allow me to attend more local BP meet-ups, and excited that my buddy Al Williamson reached out with another video about neighborhood revitalization. The most intriguing, though, is a BP member who reached out to me as he considers purchasing the property shown above. It’s a small world, I happen to know the property pretty well. It’s been fun sharing info with him, connecting him to locals, and analyzing some numbers together. Another example of the BP community at work to help us all be better investors!

  1. Do you have pictures of your current portfolio of properties anywhere?

    1. Dawn, the exterior photos are here: http://www.biggerpockets.com/blogs/4445/blog_posts...

Work your way back from there.  I'm curious, are you just curious?

      1. You mentioned many times about the lower income tenants you have so I was wondering how your area looked compared to Milwaukee.
