Every Lead Can Potentially Be A Deal! IF I Want To Solve!

This weekend was a weekend focused on LOVE.  It's a time when we should hug our love ones and tell them how much we love them before they slip away.  If you haven't figured it out I've been wanting to get into this biz for awhile.  I'm in this not as a hobby but for financial freedom.  I'm not greedy I just want to be debt free and no longer chase the dollar!

It has been confirmed my old coach Tyler was in it just for the check.  When he contacted me to go over my comps; all he did was try to find something wrong with them.  He said I was missing a PDF and once I re-send the attachment he will tell me more.... I just said OK and will not send anymore e-mails.  It just infuriates me that I have spent 4 months and made no deals and he just played me off month by month.  I truly believe if I kept working with him I would be in 6 months and still no deal.  

Now I'm calling my leads and setting up appointments to see the houses.  I didn't have a problem calling the leads but I didn't know what to do with them,  I was so focused on the comps when what I need to know was how to move forward with making a deal.   I like the idea of helping solve problems; every lead can potentially be a deal IF it is a problem I want to solve.  hmmmm I just came up with that... I like it... ooh that's gonna be the name of my post!

One of my leads I actually got from my bandit signs...He wants to be a buyer... WOW!! I'm happy about that.  I have 2 appointments this week.  I"m going to try and get them in contract.  I will force my hand to move forward.  I will let you know next weekend how it goes!  

Talk is cheap and time to start walking the walk showing the moves baby!
