Back at It - 25 Mailers

I mailed out 25 letters today from some probate leads I got last week.  I foolishly got frustrated last year and stopped mailing them, even though I was getting calls/responses.  So, I'm back at it, with the goal being to mail 25 letters a week.

All feedback is appreciated.

   Same thing happened to me Brian. I got skunked out of what I thought was going to be my first deal (so close). I almost gave up for a few months. I'm back at it now, even better than before. Congrats on your determination. Keep at it, and never give up!

   Brian... Don't let this stuff get you down. Probate letters work! Well! The key is consistency and follow-up. Even though you don't hear from someone right a way I have experienced instances where that letter has sat for months and the phone call was made in response.

   Also, I recommend resending a slightly different letter to the same executor every 6 - 8 weeks.

   Again... the key is consistancy.

   Hi guys! Do any of you have sample letters for newbies?? Just wondering it sounds like a good plan once you have a template you can just tailor it a little and send it out.

   Brian,

   Keep your head up. Whenever you start to look down, remember that the next call could be the one you are searching for, and by not sending out letters, you will not get that call.
