Creating Your Ideal Home

I V Qsv D

PLANNING AHEAD CAN BE HARD (only if you think so)

Ever had a difficult time choosing the best home to settle in and raise a family? It's similar to choosing a life-long partner relationship. The true skill is in knowing what you want and being very clear and specific with yourself and the universe. Sometimes we think we know what we want, however, it may not be clear and well thought out. So, it is critical to start with the basic foundation, which will create a much more smooth and effortless process of purchasing a home.

Make it fun, creative, joyful and lighthearted. Purchasing a home is a journey of creating first with one's mind and heart, and then taking action steps to creating it in the outer world. Here are some suggestions, add or take away what works for you.

1. Create a vision board, print pictures of your ideal home and place it on a cartridge paper or board. (I love creating vision boards, they bring to life the vision in mind. I have manifested my desires in the past quickly and easily using this strategy).

2. Write down the specifics of your home. BE REAL AND HONEST, select based upon your desires and match with your available monetary plan. Please do not limit yourself, but choose what you know you cannot live without. If you have extra funds then add some luxuries to it.
(i.e., color of the bedrooms, the size of the home, the distance to church, school, the park, describe even the type of neighbors you want, the community activities, the back yard space, garages, washer and dryer or hookups, sunshine availability, location, the interior layout, type of counter top space, kitchen, flooring, type of heat oil or gas, the closet space or storage needed to create a spacious home free of clutter, the amount you can spend, available reserve funds for emergencies, distance to close shopping centers or entertainment attractions, neighborhood deterioration, safety, and cleanliness of the area, style of home, basement full or partial........................)

3. Write down how it would feel to have a home, what does it symbolize to you? (i.e. security, stability, foundation, roots, happiness, memories, joy, family.........).
4. If purchasing a home with family, share your vision board together. If alone, share it with no one. This preserves the intention without any interference.

5. Visualize your home, be as specific as you can. Then feel as if you already have it.

6. Express gratitude

7. Then choose a Realtor thatcaresand can support you in creating your ideal home. A team that is aligned with your vision and puts you first!

Enjoy the process, from start to end it can be smooth, joyful, adventurous and graceful, only if you choose it to be!

Happy Holidays
