Wish this site was around years ago!

I just recently joined Biggerpockets.com and have been on the site for the most part of the last two days. Seeing people who are asking the same questions I had years ago get answers within minutes is a great feeling. This site gives people the opportunity to network with people in every area and in several different fields all in one place.

 I can tell I will be on here way to much but the benefit will out way the carpal tunnel I get from the keyboard...

   It is great to have you on the site, Shane! So, you've been reading for two days, huh? I've been at it for over five years and continue to learn. Jump in and participate on the forums, blogs, bulletins, and BiggerPockets Blog, and you'll be sure to build your network rather quickly. The key to being successful here is to engage and be active.

   This site was indeed around years ago, just not as well known as now. This is indeed a great success story for Josh as he just keeps impriving it time and time again!!!!!!!!!!
